How about when both parties have been drinking?

If you think a woman has drunk so much that her judgement might be seriously impaired, please don’t have sex with her. It’s not a gentlemanly thing to do. It’s not good, clever or morally correct. And it’s not legal.

How about when both parties have been drinking? Are we asking the male to be responsible for his judgment, while the female ought to be given a pass?
