I have often pondered whether there’s a qualitative difference between “rational” vs “logical”. This distinction becomes important (perhaps) in the context of rational self interest vs logical self interest.

I’m working on a methodology; “how to define an idea”. It fuses structuralism, object oriented programming, Objectivism and formal logic. The latter is useful in emphasizing intensional (vs extensional) meaning as the proper way to define an idea.

Thanks for writing. I enjoy your work.
