I’d like to highly commend you for being proactive. If I may, I’d also like to offer some insight. When we lack the motivation to do what’s in our best interest, it’s important to distinguish between “wanting” and “liking” an activity. If we only do what we want we may not do what we’d actually like. I rarely “want” to go to the gym, but whenever I do, I always “love” the experience. The same applies to meditation, and I’m sure the set of activities that you listed.
