I’m not sure where you’re getting your statistics, but my sources state that men are typically 30% better off financially after a divorce, and women are typically more impoverished. I also wonder why, according to you, men tend to “check out” of the relationship before women do?

The bottom line is that unfortunately both genders have been force fed the hegemonic crap that marriage is objectively valuable, and the smart minds now realize it’s just not necessarily true.
