It depends on your definition of love, and also the individual. If your definition. Of love is as defined by Dr. Helen Fisher, it exists as lust, romance or attachment. If you’re living in what you’ve agreed to be a life partnership, then exposing yourself to be attached to another, may not be a good idea. To the degree, that an individual can exercise the discipline not to consummate lust, romance or attachment is a function of the individual.
