Playing the bass guitar, even as a beginner is the easiest and quickest way for me to get into a state of flow, even though I’m far more proficient on the piano. Learning to play is also a great way to build the mind. There is a lot to learn, but it’s important to identify your learning style. I invested in an electric bass because I can plug it into my MacBook Pro and play addictive games such as Yousician and RockSmith.
