Thank you for a phenomenal article! I’d like to add that mindfulness meditation is also beneficial. By that I mean “monotasking”, and qualitatively focusing your attention into a specific activity. For me, deep reading or studying, and playing a musical instrument works wonders. I could spend just 10 minutes playing the bass or piano and sometimes even enter a state of flow.

There’s an apparatus approved by the FDA called resperate, which helps combine meditation with deep breathing.
