…tity we cannot let diminutives like ‘half’ and ‘quarter’ force them to quantify the unquantifiable. Just like how in the world of citizenship there’s no room for ‘three-fourth Canadians’, let us remind ourselves that in our multiracial world, there are simply no ‘mixed-raced’ people.

Thanks for your immensely thought provoking article! If we all descended from the African race, then aren’t we ALL effectively multiracial? In these days of DNA testing, how many receive results implying they are of ONE RACE?
