I developed a routine which I call a full mind/body workout. I’d do 1 hour deep flow of mental productivity (e.g. writing, or programming), and then do a 30 minute workout. I’d then repeat the “circuit” until I’ve done 3 repetitions including weights, cardio and yoga. I find whenever I do this circuit, my productivity is at an all time high!
