Two and a half years ago, the love of my life (arguably) and I broke up. The last two and a half years have been the happiest and most productive of my life. Shortly after the breakup I wrote a list of all the things I didn’t like about her, and meditated on it. I have nothing but love for her, but more importantly, I have peace.
Thanks for your guidance! The only thing I’d add is to challenge the emotion that screams you miss your ex. I noticed that if I had a slice of pizza or drank a glass of chocolate milk, suddenly I didn’t miss her anymore! 😳
