What you’ve written is true. I do think however that if you compared Gates, Bezos et al to other wannabe entrepreneurs that also had financial and social privileges, you’d probably conclude that they are still indeed exceptional. They say that 80% of businesses fail, and I wonder whether that’s true for the super privileged too.
